Floral hair accessories are a perennial bridal favourite, but they’re particularly appropriate at this time of the year when blooms are bountiful. While floral wreaths are a popular choice they’re by no means your only option. A single bloom, strategically placed, can create a stunning impact – ditto small blooms woven into the back of an updo. If fresh is best for you though, keep the flowers in the fridge for as long as possible before attaching them to your hair. Don’t spray anything near them (think hairspray or perfume) as this will cause the flowers to stain and wilt.
