Resisting a white wedding dress? Wait until you set eyes on the 2014 Collection by Spanish bridal brand Pronovias! Unveiled at Barcelona Bridal Week recently, the predominantly white, eternally romantic First Love collection is breathtakingly beautiful – think soft silhouettes, seductive sleeves, illusion necklines, gentle peplums and frills, floral appliqué and layers of lace and tulle. As always, a mix of styles features, from classic A-line skirts and ball gowns to confident (read: thigh-skimming) cocktail dresses, figure-hugging fishtails and vintage-inspired sheaths. Almost as beautiful as the dresses are the hair accessories they were paired with on the runway – everything from long, luxurious veils to lace headbands, tulle bows, hats (yes, really) and stunning floral crowns. But then what else would one expect from a brand that is still influenced by the legend of Manuel Mota and which counts Elie Saab as one of its key contributors?
